- Punch List Data: Voice recordings, photos, notes, project details, lot numbers, trade information
- Device Information: Device type, iOS version (for app functionality)

- Usage Data: App crashes, feature usage (to improve the app)
- Location Data: Optional GPS coordinates for punch items (only if you enable)
- Photos: Images you attach to punch list items
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the FastPunch Pro service
- Sync your data across devices via Firebase
- Generate exports (PDF, CSV) of your punch lists
- Improve voice recognition accuracy
- Send you app updates and support communications
- Analyze app performance and fix bugs
Data Storage and Security
- Local Storage: Your data is stored on your device using CoreData
- Cloud Storage: We use Firebase (Google Cloud) for secure cloud sync
- Photos: Stored in Firebase Storage with encryption
- Security: We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit
Data Sharing
We do NOT:
- Sell your personal information to third parties
- Share your punch list data with other users (unless you explicitly share a project)
- Use your data for advertising
- Access your photos or voice recordings without your permission

- Firebase/Google Cloud: For secure cloud storage and authentication
- Apple: For App Store distribution and TestFlight (if applicable)

Your Data Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Export all your data anytime (PDF, CSV)
- Delete: Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Modify: Edit or delete any punch list item
- Offline Use: Use the app without cloud sync (data stays local)
Voice Recordings and Photos
- Voice: Transcribed on-device using Apple's Speech framework. Audio recordings are not stored permanently unless you choose to keep them.
- Photos: You control which photos are attached to punch items. We do not access your camera roll without permission.

We use the following third-party services:
- Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, storage
- Apple Sign In: Authentication option
Children's Privacy
FastPunch Pro is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy in the app and updating the "Last Updated" date.
