Open any project, tap the share button (top right), and choose "Create Live Link." Copy the link and send it to your team. They can view the punch list in real-time without needing the app.
Yes. Voice-to-text conversion happens on-device using Apple's Speech framework, so it works without an internet connection. However, syncing projects to the cloud requires connectivity.

From any project, tap the export button and choose PDF, CSV, or Excel format. PDFs include photos and annotations. Excel exports include all item data with trade and location columns.
Yes. Standard includes voice capture, PDF export, and 1 project. Pro adds batch capture, cloud sync, and up to 5 projects. Premier includes unlimited projects, AI Mode, and advanced features. Enterprise is available for teams.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link. If you signed in with Apple, Google, or Microsoft, use their respective password reset flows.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use Firebase Authentication for secure sign-in and Firestore for encrypted cloud storage. See our Privacy Policy for details.
